Bowman, Eric
Eric Bowman was born and raised in Southern California where he began drawing as a child, encouraged by his father who oil painted as a hobby. An Honors graduate of the Illustration School of Hard Knocks, Eric has created work for such clients as Time-Life Entertainment, Nike, Nabisco, Kellogg’s, Hallmark, Coppertone and GTE to name just a few. His original oils can also be found on the covers of numerous books, music CD’s and popular periodicals, including The Saturday Evening Post and two recent covers of TIME magazine. His original oil paintings reside in many private and corporate collections including the offices of Major League Baseball and the NBA. Eric's illustrations have also been featured in many juried shows & publications winning numerous awards, including Gold medals from the Society of Illustrators of Los Angeles, the Dallas Society of Illustrators and Gold & Silver awards from the Spectrum annuals. He won a Gold Award for Editorial illustrator from the Association of Illustrators in 2003, and his work has been featured in the Design, New Media and Editorial sections of the AOI Images Annual and in the D&AD annual. Projects are started with drawing and completed using illustrator and Photoshop in a distinctive way. Much of his work is designed to be seen in sequential form, for example sequences of images for The Economist or the BBC web-site, but he remains passionate about the power of the single key image.
Andrew Baker is a graduate of the Royal College of Art and teaches part-time on the illustration course at Middlesex University. He recently curated the SHED exhibition and contributed to Steady Gigs, The Charity Shop Compendium and Doodlearth.

24/7 Studio
Robert Rodriguez, after years of having assistants, and assisting others, found that he was in a position to know whose work could blend together seamlessly so that more than one artist could work on a project while still maintaining a consistent style.
SO..24/7 Studio was born. It is a virtual artist studio, rather than a traditional artist studio. And, the internet has made it possible for the artists to be able to work on large projects that might prove too complex for a single artist. A series of illustrations can be done in a relatively short time frame, and still keep to the high standards required.

Drawing upon over 10 years experience in Fashion, T.V/Film, the Art world, Illustration and Design, The Red Dress produce striking, often dark but humorous images by painting Contemporary Culture in a Retro style. This usually includes bold hand drawn typography. Using Oils and Acrylics as well as computer based painting they can work from sourced photographic images or freestyle.

Koelsch, Mike
Michael Koelsch (b: 1967) is an illustrator who acknowledges the beliefs of some of the great illustrators of the 50's and 60's, the giants like Coby Whitmore and Austin Briggs, who thought that keeping up with the times and evolving your style is as important as your sense of design and color and the fundamentals of drawing and painting.
Mike resides in Huntington Beach, California with his wife, two girls and their Greater Swiss Mountain dog. Living by the beach and having a family he lives in perpetual motion between surfing, club soccer with the girls and actually getting some work done. Somewhere in there there is time for sleep.
If you've gotten this far in Mike's bio, you must really want to get to know him. So don't hesitate. Give Shannon Associates a ring and ask for him specifically. He'd love to talk with you about your next project or whether the "evening glass off" session will be worth going out for.
