Robert and his wife, also an accomplished artist, have one daughter.
As an illustration artist, Robert Wagt is widely acknowledged for his
creativity and unique style, and has enjoyed an international reputation
for almost 20 years.
Marie Claire and Vanity Fair were among the first international magazines
that sparked his career during his first Paris stint in 1987-1988, after he
emerged from his art studies.
In Milan from 1988 to 1994, he became a regular contributor to Vogue,
Uomo Vogue and Vanity of the Condé Nast Media Group, among
other magazines.
He returned to Paris in 1994, where his client list grew to include industry
giants such as Canon, Longchamp, Coca Cola, DHL, Ford, Ebay and Macy’s,
working with world’s premier advertising agencies, such as : Publicis,
J. Walter Thompson, Young & Rubicam and McCann Erickson.
His work is featured in numerous art books and magazine interviews.

to the fine arts. Numerous solo and group exhibitions in the United States and
Europe have shown his work since 1983.
Robert Wagt is represented by New York-based Lindgren & Smith Inc.,
one of the four top artist-management agencies of the United States.
He also works with Sigrid Freundorfer Fine Arts, a highly respected
New York art dealer of 20th century paintings and sculptures.
Born and raised in Assen, the Netherlands, he was formally trained
at the Academy of Fine Arts (Minerva) in Groningen, the Netherlands,
from 1982 to 1987.
Wallace, John
new
John's formal training was not in illustration, but rather theology, which he received at Cambridge University. However, he always loved drawing, and one of his early jobs was as a newspaper cartoonist. But he says that he really learned to draw when he worked at the British Museum, drawing oriental objects to scale. In his children's books illustrations, he is particularly inspired by what he calls "the gooniness" of young school children. John and his family divide their time between Brighton, England and Long Island, New York.

Williams, Dan
new
I am a graduate of the Royal College of Art and am currently living in London renovating a large old Victorian house and building a magnificent studio. My time is divided between illustration, painting on location and lecturing. For me all 3 disciplines feed each other, keeping me on my toes and keen to explore new uses for my work. Travel is a very important ingredient in all of this and a strong element within much of my work. The last few years I have been traveling in South Eastern Asia, Northern Africa and Europe. I love the insight, excitement and energy of geography and people

Wilson, Joe
updated
Leicester-born Joe Wilson studied at Leeds Metropolitan University, Graduating with a bachelor of arts degree in Graphic Arts and Design in 2007. After a lifetime of drawing and doodling Joe Wilson became serious about being an artist at an early age and has left himself 'no other option'. Joe Wilson took an interest in printmaking at university and studied this heavily in his final year, with a great deal of his work taking the form of screen prints
and etchings. This forms the foundation of Joe Wilson's work today, although since finishing university and leaving the print facilities, other ways of creating similar effects have had to be employed. Joe Wilson's work consists of painstakingly detailed, hand-drawn illustrations, usually in fine-line pen or pencil, that are then scanned and edited on the mac.
Joe Wilson takes his influence from an array of sources including old engravings, 70s Vinyl covers and surrealist art. Joe Wilson is particularly interested in ideas of evolution, space, and complex constructions.
Joe Wilson's unique drawing style attracts a mixture of different clients from editorial to fashion, he has produced work for clients such as: The Guardian, Adidas, 21st Amendment, Mojo magazine, Prospect Magazine, RKCR/Y&R, The Yards, Peter Werth, The Big Chill Festival, and Topshop.
With aspirations to establish himself firmly as an illustrator, he hopes to work on many more commercial projects whilst continuing to produce his personal 'thought experiments' for his own pleasure.
