Chris Lyons is an Illustrator, gardener, and pass-first point guard. And hopelessly addicted to all three things. He loves to do great work for great clients. Susan Leopold is an internationally known illustrator Susan Leopold is an award winning mixed media illustrator born in the Motor City and now living in the Big Smoke (what Canadians call Toronto). Leopold has won numerous gold, silver and bronze awards from groups such as Dimensional Illustrators, Society of Illustrators New York, Society of Illustrators Los Angeles, Communication Arts, Society of Publication Designers, Print and Art Direction. Leopold received a BFA in Fine Art from the University of Michigan and an MA in Medical Illustration from University of California. Her work has been shown in the USA Canada and Europe and has been displayed at the Museum of American Illustration, The Art Directors Club, Salmagundi Club and *new gallery. Most recently she was invited to exhibit at the William F. Eisner Museum of Advertising and Design in “Right Here in the USA” which the Eisner described as “showcasing work from 24 of the most influential photographers and illustrators in advertising today.” Leopold has been featured in publications nationally and internationally including a new book called The Art of Feminine Drawing which showcases contemporary illustrators from around the world and I remember Mama, a book based on a two part juried exhibit at the International Quilt Show that traveled internationally. Her work is currently featured in the winter issue of Cloth,Paper, Scissors a magazine about contemporary collage and next fall will be featured in a six page spread in Somerset Magazine. She has been on the cover and featured in publications such as Step by Step, Applied Arts, Fiberarts and Legacy. She is currently a course supervisor at Sheridan College and a guest lecturer at several other colleges. She will be heading up the art program at Voice Intermediate School in the historic Distillery (an old factory site) where she also maintains her studio/gallery space and the Channel Gallery.

Artist, author and illustrator, Miles Hyman's creates images for advertising, packaging, books, magazines, galleries and museums throughout Europe and the United States. A native Vermonter, he studied literature and fine art at the Buxton School, then at Wesleyan University. He moved to Paris in 1985 and studied drawing at the Paris Ecole des Beaux-Arts. His first illustrated books and graphic novels began appearing in 1987 with French publisher Futuropolis. His work has since been appeared, on both sides of the Atlantic with Libération, Le Monde, Télérama, XXI, Muze, Marianne, Gallimard, Baleine, Actes Sud, Denoël, Casterman, FSG, Knopf, Viking, Chronicle Books, the New York Times, The Boston Globe and The New Yorker Magazine to name a few. His work is exhibited regularly in European and North American galleries, including solo and group shows in Paris, Geneva, Brussels, Barcelona, Beverly Hills and New York City. Most recent exhibits include major shows in Paris at the Galerie Barbier & Mathon, in Brussels at the Galerie Champaka.

David Pintor was born in a seaside windy city named A Coruña, in the northwest of Spain. He began his career as a cartoonist in the 90′s. In 2007, he was featured in the illustrator’s exhibition at Bologna book fair, and since that time, he has collaborated with publishers all over the world. His caricatures and the simplicity of his drawings, his lines and colour choices make for a fun and elegant style. He has been awarded by SND, selected in Bratislava biennial, and selected by White Ravens list. He primarily works in Spain, but likes very much travelling all over the world with his moleskine and some pens. All of his travels appear in his drawings. He loves New York, Venezia, Paris, Sidney, Barcelona, London… He has a studio, but sometimes he likes to work in a coffee shop with soft music, nice views and a very hot coffee on the table.

Kim Johnson studied at the Corcoran School of Art before beginning a career as a graphic designer. After designing one corporate brochure too many, she thought it would be more fun to be an animator, which was indeed the case. She subsequently moved on to designing and directing animation for television commercials and program openings, such as "The Nanny" and "The Rosy O'Donnell Show". This was even more fun than animating had been, as she was now able to boss around numerous talented persons. She currently lives in suburban Connecticut, with her family, including two daughters who boss her around mercilessly. Poetic justice? Perhaps. Her illustrative style today reflects her roots in animation, and includes her own animated work..

Jerome was born in Normandy France in 1970. He spent the last ten years illustrating French comics. This past year he made a move into magazine and advertising art. He is especially enjoying illustrating children's books. His most recent book is Le Chasseur Dans Le Ciel editions Le Pommier. He also loves to work with his clients in the USA.

Raised in Tokyo, living in New York, vacationing in Hawaii, Coco Masuda creates artwork as diverse as the bustling cities and the tropical island that she has called home. Coco is a graduate of the Parsons School of Design and with her background as a graphic designer, she comes up with unique solutions for each and every project. Coco lives and works in Tribeca with her young daughter. She has an elegant and stylized lifestyle illustration, many featuring women of various ethnicity, for licensing, posters, advertising, design, packaging, publishing and editorial. She particularly enjoys working on children and tweens illustration.

Born in New Orleans, Rodriguez has lived in California since 1965. He graduated from Chouinard Art Institute in 1969, and began freelancing as an illustrator. Over the years his style has evolved through many phases. He currently illustrates as himself and as the primary artist in his studio 24/7. Some of the projects he’s especially enjoyed working on include the poster for SuperBowl XXVI, The NFL for 2002 Christmas card , movie posters for The Two Jakes, The Jewel of the Nile, and City Slicker’s II, the dvd cover for The Adventures of Robin Hood, the NBA All-Star Game poster, basketball trading cards, six Ringling Bros. Circus posters, posters for the National Hispanic Scholarship fund, calendars and posters for the National Federation of Labor, many covers for Der Spiegel Magazine, theater posters for the Hartford Stage and the Mark Taper Forum. Rodriguez illustrated the Cesar Chavez postage stamp for the United States Postal Service and Designer Carl Herrman. Mr. Herrman has also commissioned Rodriguez for the Cinco De Mayo Stamp and the Celebrate the Century “1980’s” series of stamps. The Cinco De Mayo stamp was the first postage stamp ever jointly.commissioned by the United States and another country {Mexico} He has won five gold medals and four silver medals, as well as two Patrick Nagel Awards from SILA, the Hollywood Reporter Key Arts Award, many regional awards from across the country, the Airbrush Action Achievement Award, and the great teacher award from Art Center.

Francis Livingston was born in Cortez, Colorado and ranks as one of the top American illustrators. His early works, which were influenced by Sargent and Whistler, were painted in a monochromatic style. Upon moving to the San Francisco Bay area he started to experiment with color which led to a fondness for the California and French Impressionists. Francis Livingston lived and painted in San Francisco for 20 years and then five years ago he moved his family to Sun Valley, Idaho, where he developed a deeper appreciation for the west.
