- Michael Sloan specializes in conceptual and editorial illustrations, and assignments with travel and location-related themes. He has sketched outdoors extensively in China and Europe. His illustrations have been published by clients such as The Wall Street Journal, The Washington Post, John Wiley & Sons Publishers, The San Francisco Chronicle, NYC Outward Bound, The New Yorker, JP Morgan Chase, and over 100 times in The New York Times Op-Ed Letters column. His work has been awarded three silver medals from The Society of Illustrators.
