Paraskevas, Michael

Michael Paraskevas, a well known illustrator among magazine art directors, has had his work featured in such prestigious publications as Sports Illustrated, Time, Town & Country and Esquire and has earned numerous awards from industry professionals. Michael has exhibited at Giraffics Gallery in East Hampton (6 one-man shows) and recently showed at the prestigious Southampton Gallery owned by Peter Marcelle. Along with his mother Betty, he published many children’s books over the past 12 years. Their work includes the much loved Tangerine Bear, which was produced as a Christmas Special for ABC in 2000. Other popular works by the pair include Junior Kroll, A Very Kroll Christmas, Shamlanders, The Ferocious Beast, Cecil Bunions, and Chocolate at the Four Seasons. The mother-and-son team’s most well-known project, called Maggie and the Ferocious Beast, was developed for Nick Jr. and is still running on Noggin. It won the prized Gemini Award for best animated show of 2001 in Canada. Paraskevas was educated at School of Visual Arts in New York where he also received his Master’s Degree in Visual Journalism. He divides his time between his home in SouthHampton and LA.

Lyons, Chris

Chris Lyons is an Illustrator, gardener, and pass-first point guard. And hopelessly addicted to all three things. He loves to do great work for great clients. In the last few months that’s been: Conde Nast Traveler, American Express, Target, Penguin Publishing, Chicago Magazine, Monocle Magazine (London), Scholastic, Chicago Tribune, McCann Erickson, LA Magazine, Cramer-Kressalt, AirTran, Smart Money, Utne Reader, The New York Times, Bicycling Magazine, Texas Monthly and AARP to name a few. His work has appeared with some regularity in the CA Illustration Annual, American Illustration, 3x3 and Creative Quarterly. He is also on the Adjunct Faculty of The School of Design at RIT.

Arno

Before entering the world of illustration, Arn0 has been lucky enough to revisit his youth working for the "heroes" of his childhood whilst travelling a bit. After receiving his diploma from ENSAD (Paris) and his master of Arts at CalArts (LA), Arn0 has worked on X-Men and The Hulk for Marvel Comics (NY), then Star Wars at LucasArts (SF), finally ending up with The Muppets, Sesame Street and special effects at the Jim Henson Creature Shop (London) Now Arn0 thinks it's time to revisit his teens: music, fashion and the elusive search for the perfect sun tan. Arn0's past, and current clients are, amongst others, Nokia, Coca-Cola, O2, MTV, Sony, Hed Kandi, Penguin books, PSP3, Berlin Philarmonic, Royal Court Theatre, Vibe, FHM, Maxim, Mojo, Mens Health, Red Bulletin and The Sunday Times.

A "Sunshine State" native, Jamey Christoph studied illustration at the Ringling School of Art and Design in Sarasota, Florida. His stylish illustrations appear regularly in major newspapers,and magazines and have received multiple recognitions from the Society of Illustrators and Communication Arts. after many years in Cleveland's historic Ohio City neighborhood, he and Brad moved to Arlington Virginia.
