Griffo, Daniel

Daniel Griffo was born on March 8th, 1973 in La Plata, Argentina, where he currently resides with his wife Elba, his baby boy Benjamin and his two pets Indiana and Jones. As a young child, he was always drawn towards creating and drawing images. At 10, he took his first steps into the world of illustration with the guidance of his drawing and painting instructor who taught him the basic foundations of the craft. In his teens, he became a self-taught comic illustrator and worked for both Argentinean and Italian publishers. Shortly afterwards, he worked for various studios creating licensed art, where he sharpened his skills and amassed a great deal of experience. As a freelance illustrator, Daniel has worked for many large companies including Image Comics, Warner, DC, and Disney. In his portfolio, you will find traditional and digital images, layout color, story boards, comic book art, inks, lettering, children and adult illustration, character development, and 3D models – Daniel is truly a jack-of-all-trades.

Tharp, Pepper

Pepper Tharp | illustrator + Creative Director Hello, My work, aptly coined 'sophisticated fun' and 'nuevo french' is refined, elegant, informed with a touch of wit. Whether through the eyes of a sanguine shaggy dog or a willowy fashion-femme on a Mediterranean holiday I have a beguiling ability to capture life's minutia to tell stories that captivate. I am adept in understanding my client's goals and deliver work that ensures their brand is well-placed and memorable in the ever evolving and competitive global market. I have delivered many successful projects and campaigns for notable clients such as, American Express, Artful Living Magazine, Harper Collins, St. Martin’s Press, Ritz Carlton Weddings, Macy’s, Nestle, Sur la Table, Target, Vera Wang, William Sonoma,The Container Store and most recently 70 illustrations for Carson Kressley's new book (to be published this year). I have also discovered a fun niche in creating visuals for of social media and web design. With a true collaborative spirit, I love being part of a dream-team, but I'm equally comfortable acting as lead creative director or simply...working solo.I adhere closely to G.A.G. Handbook for pricing and ethical standards in my business acumen. With a drive to explore, I invite my clients to join me in every step of creative process so that they are fully informed and have input along the way. My work zone is a full capacity Mac Studio fueled by Nespresso and Adobe Creative Suites in a garden-view studio in my 1883 historic cottage in Linden Hills. Yet, in a moment's notice I can jump into your studio if in-house help is needed! I look forward to learning about your next project! Truly, Pepper Tharp www.peppertharp.com
